Start each day refreshed and energized after a revitalizing morning yoga session and an afternoon workshoppy session. Our days will be full of cultural and spiritual exploration and the practice will be both our way of preparing for the day and also integrating from the day.
Each yoga/movement practice is followed by a delicious and healthy breakfast. At the Merced Market, you'll be able to indulge in some of the famously good tamales, manelas, and tortillas. You'll also head out for a market tour and cooking class at Origen Restaurant with the owner and head chef Rodolfo Castellanos and eat the fruits of your labor for lunch.
While we encourage all guests to wind down, reset the nervous system and recover from doing so much, we also think that real adventure and movement supports this, in the right dose. We'll head to Santa Catarina Minas, where you'll learn all about how to produce the best Mezcal in the traditional process, and visit local textile master and enjoy some shopping in Teotitlan de Valle. There will also be an optional trip to the stunning rock formations of Hierve el Aqua.
