Molly Jo
Fusing ancient lineages of botanical medicine, yoga, meditation and mindfulness, and integrating the sacred rhythms and cycles of our planet and universe, Molly Jo aims to empower students on and off the mat to understand the core of wellness and illness, and co-create a life which facilitates health of mind, body, and soul for the good of all beings.
Her classes are rooted in the basic principles of breath awareness and mindful movement, and draw influence and inspiration from over a decade of studying and practicing many forms of yoga, meditation, sound healing and earth-guided ritual.
